Vascular Technologist

Vascular technologist wanted for a new position in a private vein clinic in Bellingham, Washington.  Most of the clinic work involves treatment of vein disorders but several arterial examinations are done weekly for follow-up of vascular patients. At this time patients are seen in the office Tuesday through Friday and the position would be 32 hours a week with no night or weekend call.  The clinic staff at this time includes a vascular surgeon and two medical assistants in an office with a shared operating room.  Responsibilities include diagnostic evaluation of new and returning patients and assisting with procedures.  A Terason T3000 ultra sound system has already been acquired.

 

Requirements for the position include appropriate training and experience and preferably RVT.  Familiarity with diagnosis of venous incompetence is particularly valuable.
