Service Clinical Imaging Specialist- CardioVascular

In this role, the Applications Specialist will be responsible for supporting our customers and the field service team in the assigned region. This role is responsible for driving customer satisfaction with our Cardiac Ultrasound products and services as well as driving clinical expertise across the field service team.
Responsibilities include:
*Provide clinical support to escalated customer sites, including remote and onsite support to customers and field engineers involved.
*Work closely with the field engineers, Cardiac Support Engineers, Customer Loyalty Leaders and the Sales team to proactively identify customer satisfaction opportunities (CSO), develop action plans and implement customer-based resolution.
*Provide FE coaching & training on Cardio-Vascular U/S technology and applications
*Provide remote and on-site clinical support and counsel to field engineers and customers experiencing system performance issues
*Deliver onsite customer training to improve workflow, minimize downtime and improve productivity.
*Work with Field Engineers and Support Engineers to identify opportunities to resolve service events (particularly Image Quality related), while minimizing unnecessary part(s) replacements.
*The Service Applications Specialists will be required to function independently and as part of the LCT teams to achieve these goals.

Qualifications/Requirements:
*Registered Diagnostic Sonographer
*Skilled in 2D, Doppler and Color Flow imaging
*Minimum 2 years of clinical Ultrasound experience in a hospital setting
*Demonstrated skills in Cardiac Ultrasound, Stress echo and TEE
*Demonstrated clinical workflow skills in digital labs or networked departments
*Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
*Excellent oral and written communications skills
*Strong team-building and relationship management skills
*Experience using the GE Cardiac Ultrasound systems (Vivid family of products)
*Time management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks
*Willingness to travel 50% within region
*Strong customer service mindset
*Willingness to take a drug test
*Willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background

*You must be legally authorized to work in the United States
