This position serves as base unit staff for Medical Oncology and BMT. Utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment and nursing skills based upon the principles of biological, physical and social sciences o facilitate patient's achievement of optimum health status. Provides leadership and coordination to the healthcare team and will maintain standards of professional skills.

Qualifications :

Requires Current AZ or other compact state licensure and a minimum of one year experience of clinical nursing. Must have highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrate behaviors consistent with those indentified as Banner Health service standards.
