Overview : Page Hospital located in Northern Arizona near Lake Powell has opportunties for RN's. This facility is a part of Banner Health one of Arizona's largest Healthcare Providers. This position will work in the emergency dept. and also will be utilized on the Med-Surg and OB units as needed. Experience preferred but will consider new graduates. Responsibilities :

Responsible for clinical competency in all nursing care of adult, OB, pediatric, newborn, geriatric, and ED patients at Page Hospital. Strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, quality care, team norms, accountability, and behavior standards. Customers are the patients and their families, Banner Health employees, physicians, and managers. Participates in nursing related activities as delegated.

Qualifications :

Must possess a current valid Arizona RN license or temporary Arizona RN license. Relates throughout the interview process the experience, training and education needed to perform the job, and demonstrates through behaviors and answers to job-related experiential questions, the ability to demonstrate Services Excellence Standards. Experience in the clinical area for which he or she is applying is desired.
