Onsite Telephonic Nurse Case Manager (Registered Nurse)

GENEX, a premier managed care company is currently seeking a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager (RN) to work onsite at our client location in Birmingham, AL.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for assessment, planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals involved in the medical case management process.  Works as an intermediary between employer and employee for FMLA approval and leave.

 

REQUIREMENTS: Diploma, Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required. Registered nurse with current, valid state licensure is required. Computer literacy is required. FMLA experience preferred.  Other state licenses/certifications as required by law. Excellent interpersonal skills, phone manners and organizational skills are necessary. The ability to set priorities and work independently is essential. Computer literacy is also required. Please include your salary range when applying to this position.
