Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare - St. Joseph is a 587-bed facility recognized for clinical excellence and serves as a referral center for highly complex care in Southeastern, WI.

In this role, you will act as a resource to physicians, pharmacists and nurses regarding the appropriate selection/dosage of a given drug and coordinate key department monitoring services including anticoagulant dosage adjustments, antibiotic and anticonvulsant pharmacokinetics. You will act as the program director of the department’s ASHP accredited residency program and coordinate our Pharm.D. clerkship rotations with the University of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy. You will work closely with our decentralized pharmacists to continue to help further develop their clinical skills. You will represent the pharmacy on several key hospital patient outcomes initiatives.

The qualified candidate must be a licensed Pharmacist with a minimum of 3 years hospital pharmacy experience, good written and verbal communication skills and experience in performing drug use evaluation and pharmacy & therapeutics related activities. Must be analytical and skilled in researching drug related questions. A hospital pharmacy residency is preferred.
