Our Salt Lake City, UT branch has launched a search for a Full-time, Part-time and Per Diem Pharmacists. This position will provide clinical services to our patients and the medical staff by dispensing and compounding injectible products; consults with physicians and patients regarding specific drug therapies and supervise the pharmacy technician staff.



The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Valid Utah Pharmacist License



Minimum of two years current experience in home infusion, hospital and/or long term care setting



Specialty experience in nutrition, pediatrics, and/or infectious disease a plus!



BS in Pharmacy, Pharm D preferred



Flexibility to respond to "on-call" business calls during non-business hours





Excellent oral and written communication skills
