Education/License/Certification: Current registration with the California State Board of Pharmacy.


 


Qualifications: Knowledge of Federal and State laws, regulations, and standards regarding the provision of pharmaceutical services. Ability to extract pertinent information from the patient or other sources and relate it to the patient's medical management plan. Ability to learn and operate pharmacy computer systems and other equipment. Must be able to type prescription labels. MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK.


 


Preferred Qualifications: Verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stand for long periods of time and read fine print. Ability to lift or transport items weighing from 1-50 lbs. Position requires frequent bending/stooping/reaching.
