Operations Supervisor - Pharmacy Technician Required

Primary responsibilities include:


Overseeing the audit associates and retail audit department operations

Determining workflow and processing incoming requests

Tracking call logs and production quotas

Training and cross-training the team

Developing, updating and distributing policies and procedures

Participating in the preparations for on-site audits and CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid services) reporting requirements

Only licensed/certified Pharmacy Technicians will be considered for this role. Substantial supervisory experience is essential, in addition to strong retail or hospital pharmacy experience. A background in insurance and pharmacy claims processing will be valuable, and an understanding of pharmacy industry guidelines is preferred. Reporting experience is a big plus. Computer proficiency is a must.
