Director of Pharmacy

GLC Healthcare has an immediate need in the Los Angeles, CA area for a Director of Pharmacy.  Hours for the position are Monday through Friday dayshift only with no weekends.  Highly competitive compensation and phenomenal benefits package (Medical, dental, vision, educational assistance, pension, retirement package, etc). 

 

As the Director of Pharmacy:

You will direct all aspects of pharmacy operations, including managing and mentoring staff, developing and enforcing policies and procedures, preparing and maintaining accreditation, and be accountable for the pharmacy's overall financial results. As a key leader within the hospital, you will oversee all drug distribution and usage in the facility while collaborating with the Pharmacy and Therapeutics committee and key hospital administration.
