Position Description:

The successful candidate will focus on the following objectives in the first year of employment:
1. Within first three months, develop a working knowledge of the organizational structure and the appropriate internal resources to go to for assistance
2. Learn and be able to utilize the Misys internal tools provided to service customers within three months
3. Learn the product workflow, application navigation and how to connect to client sites in the first three months.
4. After three months begin to effectively interact with clients to triage/escalate the majority of incoming phone calls to the appropriate senior analysts.
5. Be able to resolve medium and low priority issues within three months
6. Be able to appropriately assess the criticality of client software issues and prioritize for resolution within three months
7. Within one year independently resolve 60 to 75% of client calls

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired; high school diploma required.
• Minimum of three years experience with clinical software applications and processes or software customer support.
• Strong technical familiarity with client server applications preferred.
