We are seeking outstanding MDS Coordinator candidates for 2 positions in skilled nursing facilities in the Milwaukee and Kenosha area.


-Resident Care Manager. 175 bed SNF in southwest Milwaukee area.  Gorgeous property in a good neighborhood.  For this position, candidates must be RNs, have MDS Coordinator experience as well as management experience.

-MDS Coordinator. Kenosha area at a 120 bed SNF.  This position also requires MDS experience and an RN license.
