Traveling Administrator- Senior Living Communities

It would be great to work every day in a position that has purpose and a positive impact on the lives of others.  By considering this exciting opportunity, this could be a reality for you!  We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated individual who has a caring heart for older adults to be a Traveling Administrator for a group of communities in the senior housing industry. 

Annual salary range depends on experience and licensure.

 

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assisting a community in the delivery of quality care and services to residents. Employ, train, supervise, and evaluate qualified facility staff. Operate the facility in a manner that allows company guidelines and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations. Initiate and participate in community relations that promote the facility and provide awareness of the senior housing industry.

 

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Appropriate professional license (i.e., NHA, RCF, ALF, BH, etc.) or ability to obtain license.Previous management experience in an Assisted Living/Skilled Nursing Facility preferred. Willingness to travel extensively and possibly relocate to accommodate a business need. Exceptional written and verbal community skills. Strong organizational skills. Solid ability to interact and build relationships with older adults. Experience in personnel management and creating a team environment focused on residents.
