Program Manager - MR/Multi-Modality TiP-TV

CITY: Pewaukee STATE: Wisconsin COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
* Identify MR Technologist and additional imaging modality (such as, CT, X-ray, Mammography, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, etc.) continuing education needs and drive the development and delivery of clinical TIP-TV education programs.
* Serve as presenter and moderator to deliver clinical MR and additional imaging modality accredited continuing education programs via the TiP-TV satellite and TiP-TV OnDemand networks.
* Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with the MR and other imaging modalities and TiP Application teams to leverage GE Healthcare's training development and delivery resources to better meet the education needs of customers


Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in relevant clinical occupation or equivalent clinical experience.
* Clinical work experience as a MR technologist for 3 years or more.
* MR Imaging certified or eligible for certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Additional advance certification desired.
* Ability to design and develop course offerings via TiP-TV and other eLearning products.
* Demonstrate a clear knowledge of growing trends in MR imaging and other imaging modalities.
* Ability to interface effectively with healthcare professionals.
* Highly self-motivated work ethic.
* Demonstrate aggressive research capabilities.
* Solid project management skills with proven ability to deliver learning solutions that meet business needs.
* Highly flexible, multi-tasking skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills - oral and written with effective presentation and facilitation skills.
* Good working knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office software applications


Desired:
Advanced ARRT Certification in MR and an additional Imaging Modality.
* Experience in developing training materials and teaching adults.
* Leadership experience in a clinical environment.
* Six Sigma Green Belt certified
