Marketing Communications Manager - Diagnostic Imaging, Segme

CITY: Waukesha STATE: Wisconsin COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Develop and implement measurable, creative, integrated and effective communication strategies for GE Healthcare's Diagnostic Imaging cross-modality initiatives and audience segments. Work with business marketing and sales support staff to develop and achieve established communications objectives within budgeted levels. Accountable for all market targeted mass communications activities for the assigned business and/or segment. Manage implementation of programs (advertising, collaterals, multimedia, viral, interactive/web, exhibits) through internal and external creative resources and vendors in tandem with internal communications and PR efforts. Ensure consistent, cross-business integration is considered for all communications programs developed and adhere to corporate brand/identity standards. Work with peers in EMEA and Asia to globalize programs where appropriate and ensure that investments in content are leveraged globally. Continually evaluate communications processes and strategies to optimize the effectiveness, efficiency, creativity and quality of programs and tools designed for both the market and sales force. Develop a strong global understanding of the sales and communications process as well as customer needs to ensure the global needs of the business are addressed in all communications programs.

Qualifications/Requirements:
-BS/BA
-4+ years of marketing or communications experience
-Proven track record of delivery to tight budgets and deadlines
-Excellent communication & creative thinking skills
-Established project management skills
-Strong interpersonal skills-demonstrated teamwork skills
-Customer oriented
-Experience utilizing cutting edge digital mediums

Desired:
-5+ years marketing communications experience
-5+ years experience in medical device/healthcare related marketing
