Qualified candidate must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited institution in Health Education, Community Health Education or Public Health with a minimum of three years experience in community health promotion planning and programming. Certification in Health Education from the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing (NCHEC) required or must be obtained within one year of hire.
