Facility Manager

Benchmark Medical Inc. is seeking a Facility Manager to run the operations of our Pedorthic Care O&P clinic in Hoover, AL.  This is a fast paced, eight person clinic consisting of four clinicians along with front office administrators.  Preferred candidates will have successful experience managing a multiple physicians practice.  Candidates must have experience in all aspects of facility management, including analyzing profit and loss statements, analyzing accounts payable and receivable, knowledge of billing practices, reimbursement issues, building customer relations, human resources, and employee development. 

Candidates must possess strong organizational, interpersonal, time management and planning skills.  Excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory for report writing and presentation of facility information.  Candidates must own the ability to direct employees through use of leadership skills, along with demonstrating excellent judgment and problem solving skills.
