COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

Potential for up to $35K to start depending on experience

 

Immediate opening for a Compliance Specialist responsible for monitoring the biomedical center process; ensuring overall compliance with company operating procedures as well as any other applicable state, federal or international regulatory requirements.  Will assist the regulatory department in internal and external audits to monitor facility compliance with company procedures and policies, SOP's, OSHA, FDA as well as other regulatory agencies.  Responsible for reporting compliance status to Operational and Quality Management.  Participate with Center Management in the development and implementation of continuous improvement plans.

 

Other responsibilities include monitoring plasma center personnel training documents for compliance with company procedures and conducting periodic process assessments to ensure accuracy.  This position supports Center Manager ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, maintaining and utilizing appropriate databases for reports and trend analysis and representing plasma center during external audits by regulatory agencies and customers.

 

Successful Candidates Offer

* Associates degree or high school diploma with formal medical, laboratory or manufacturing certification or license plus a minimum of one year professional experience in similar capacity required.  Bachelor's degree preferred.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Proficient with MS Office applications, including Excel

* Strong attention to detail

* Able to work independently with limited supervsion

* Must maintain knowledge of state, federal, and company policies and procedures
