Sales Administration Assistant

Tura, L.P., a leading supplier of eye glass frames is currently seeking a Sales Administration Assistant to work in their Long Island, New York office.

 

 

The Sales Administration Assistant job is to handle all inquiries and requests from our field sales force.

This position requires a person who is articulate and resourceful with a very pleasing telephone personality to professionally handle inquiries to their resolution.

 

Description of job function:

 

·  Handle incoming calls from Sales Representatives daily pertaining to all aspects of the company

·  Respond to e-mail and fax inquiries

·  Work with assigned sales reps on individual sales rep sample bag inventories

·  Process specific program orders related to Sales Administration

·  Communicate with national, regional and district managers on issues that need department manager and field intervention

·  Collect feedback and data for our Marketing and Product teams

·  Strong skills in Word, Excel and Outlook are necessary to support this position

·  Follow projects from start to finish communicating any problems

·  Respond to all Help Desk mailbox inquires in a timely manner

·  Good writing and communication skills are essential

·  Organizational skills and ability to multi task and prioritize work

·  Miscellaneous duties as assigned
