Marketing Representative

Davis Vision is a national managed vision care company serving a variety of organizations with the highest standards and unsurpassed dedication to Total Quality Management.  We are also involved in the manufacturing, distribution, and retail sales of vision products.  Currently, we are looking for a Marketing Representative to join our fast growing Client Relations department in our Corporate Office, located in Plainview, New York.


 

Essential Responsibilities

 

* Support all necessary client specific marketing efforts such as conventions and workshops to showcase Managed Care services.

* Maintain and service all existing discount clients with annual mailing of marketing materials, as well as regular contact with client to maintain exceptional "client relations".

* Perform necessary sales and marketing activities (cold calls) for designated demographic area to obtain information to promote and grow discount program.

* Attend networking events.

* Partner with vendors/clients to increase sales at retail locations

* Market Managed Care products, when applicable, in the ongoing effort to increase funded lives covered in designated geographic areas where we have PVC locations.

* Support/service and respond accordingly to designated Managed Care accounts through meetings, presentations and monthly care calling to ensure exceptional client relations.

* Coordinate renewals and benefit changes with Benefit Administration

* Determine benefit design, communication needs, coverage area and coordinate with recruiting (complete Administrative Worksheet, Panel Establishment, Request Form and Insurance Application)

* Review and assure that client receives and understands reports, satisfaction results and performance

guarantees.

* Delight Internal / External customers while balancing Davis Vision client needs.

* Ability/willingness to travel as required.

 

The right candidate will have an Associates Degree (Bachelors preferred) and 1-2 years experience in service related industry with direct customer contact recommended. Must possess or obtain a NYS Life, Accident & Health License and maintain.
