Training Analyst



In this position you will assist with planning, development and coordination of all Informatics Department project-related training activities and other organizational training as assigned. This will include needs assessments, development of curriculum and training materials, and participation in the development and administration of “train-the-trainer” programs. You will also serve as a lead developer of instructional media for Informatics project-related training activities.

 

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Management, Training and Development, Education, Instructional Design, Nursing or other related field is required. Previous training experience is preferred.
