Our Cypress, CA office, due to growth in business, is looking to add a Sr. Research Analyst to the team. Primary responsibilities include:
Writing letters to respond to state regulatory agencies
Researching complaints and identifying the root cause of errors
Interfacing with state regulators and internal departments
Following up on regulatory issues relating to all the product lines



Candidates must possess a background in healthcare claims as well as proven research ability. Knowledge of HMO and PPO rules and regulations would be preferred. Experience working within HIPAA guidelines as well as knowledge of Cobra eligibility requirements would be a great plus. Strong computer skills are essential for this role.
