Senior Consultant

Description: o Analysis and interpretation of longitudinal healthcare data (including patient demographics, retail prescriptions, medical diagnoses and procedures).
o Will assist and work with product managers, marketing strategists, and sales to design and perform analyses to meet client requirements.
o Perform data integrity analyses and interpretation of all results.
o Will be responsible for performing adhoc and ongoing studies.
o Accountable for study execution, including generating research specifications, create format and factor files, use tools such as MSI, SAS, JCL, Excel, Access, etc; create tables, reports, graphs, written analyses, and supporting documentation.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics/Mathematics or related quantitative discipline. (Master's degree preferred) or equivalent.

Qualifications:
o Minimum of two years experience with data exploration and analyses - preferably in a healthcare setting.
o Experience with MS Office Suite.
o Experience with large database manipulation.
o Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
o Must be able to demonstrate creativity in the design and analysis of projects and interpretation of results.
