The Opportunity
Description: The Financial Systems Analyst’s role is to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient information systems and operations systems in support of YKHC’s core financial functions. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of YKHC financial systems investments. Performs the functions and activities of the corporate financial systems to provide 24-hour coverage of YKHC vital business computers.REQUIREMENTSHigh School diploma with experience in the field of computer science, information science, management information systems, or business administration and 3 years related work experience. College degree in technology field preferred. Significant experience with large (2000+ cases with more than 10 variables) databases required. Work experience involving multi-cultural environment preferred. In-depth experience with Windows OS; including current releases required. Must be capable of communicating computer hardware and software-related instructions in both Yup’ik and English. Knowledge of YKHC and experience in the delivery of health care/education in the region required. 3 + years of end-user experience in Siemens Medical Systems MedSeries 4 Financial applications.
