Monitoring Clinical Education/AEO Central Zone

Job Description

Serve as a clinical liaison and resource to patient monitoring customers in Alabama and the Florida Panhandle. Focus on the clinical configuration and education needs of patient monitoring customers in various departments: critical care, OR, ED, PACU, NICU, telemetry. Work closely with the Field service organization, sales, and project managers during multiple phases of the sales and implementation processes. Assess customer's configuration requirements and training needs; deliver equipment and application education; apply product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and solve problems. Support customers in the use and growth of their systems. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key internal partners and customers; enable the success of the installation team.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent; RN - current nursing license required. In-depth knowledge of critical care environment (3-5 years). Clinical teaching/inservicing experience. Exceptional communication skills. Advanced computer skills and understanding. Ability to work in ever-changing environments. Flexibility and tolerance of ambiguity. Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills. Willingness to travel overnight 75% of the time. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Advanced computer skills and understanding. The candidate must hold a valid drivers license and have a driving record showing zero felony or DUI convictions and less than three moving violations in the previous three years.
