Associate Data Analyst

Description: o Perform and define quality assurance measures with adherence to application standards or client specifications including routine and non-routine entities where a developed or special skill set may be required. Analyze data supplier trends using established quality assurance methods. Recognize and raise visibility of variances prior to process completion and recommend corrective action.

o Responsible for the timely retrieval and processing of the routine and ad-hoc data vendors/deliverables on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or specified timeframe. Works with data vendors /clients to ensure adherence to delivery schedules and conforms to agreed upon delivery formats and content. Executes file backup of all raw or client input data utilizing the established production cycle. Reconcile data records in corporate dimension /delivery sub system for either referenced or transaction files through a variety of research tools.

o Performs routine data and process analysis and research on an application. Investigates data issues as found through processing of assigned suppliers/deliverables using appropriate computer software to retrieve and report data. Support research associated to client or vendor inquiries. Maintain current process maps, business rules and supporting documentation for all assigned deliverables.

o Make routine decisions regarding data analysis based on experience within given company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
o Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
o PC Skills to include MS Office, Outlook
