- Full-time

- Rotating shifts

- Current AZ RCP

- Current BLS/ACLS certification

- 1 to 2 years related experience required

Description:

This position is responsible for participating in the treatment, management, care, and diagnostic evaluation of patients with respiratory disorders by understanding and applying fundamental techniques of respiratory therapy under guidance from a designee. This practitioner will provide care to age specific patients in the acute care hospital setting.

Requirments:

Requires successful completion of an AMA approved respiratory therapy program.

Must be a certified therapist within 6 months of employment.

Current AZ license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner and proficiency in CPR techniques.

BLS or ACLS preferred.

Must have clinical experience sufficient to perform basic respiratory therapy modalities.

Effective human relations skills are necessary to interface with patients, families and hospital staff.
