Job purpose:

Become part of a successful team of dedicated professionals. Play a part in guiding patients through the process of vision correction in a state of the art facility.

 

Duties:Answer telephones in fast paced environment Schedule appointments in computer system Greet all patients at front desk with smile and friendly attitude Prepare daily patient charts Responsible for organization of reception area

 

Skills/Qualifications:

Good Organizational Skills, Multi-Tasking, Positive Attitude, Basic Computer Skills, Customer Service, Professionalism, Focus and Attention to Detail, Medical Experience preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
