GYN Only, Salaried Position with Production Bonuses



Is it time to transition your practice towards GYN only?  This opportunity is compelling for those that wish to make this transition.  Here's how it works.  You will be brought in under a mutually agreed upon salary with built in production incentives.  If at any time under the salaried agreement you decide that it is to a greater advantage for you to spin off into solo practice, that option exists.  I'm not real sure why you'd be eager to do that since you will not have to worry about running an office, overhead, rent, etc... but rather be able to focus your time on your outpatient and GYN Surgical cases exclusively.  There is no OB call and cross coverage is available.  You'll have a top flight Anesthesia and OR Nursing team available along with excellent backup coverage and surgical assistance.  This is the opportunity for you to come in a build a practice to your specifications, including picking out the furniture and appropriate surgical equipment.Community, Facility, & Organization
