2 Business Manager's needed - Dental Group in Newport News and North Norfolk

 

Company profile – Private equity sponsored company, rapidly expanding children’s dental clinics on a national scale with 22 practices and growing. 

 

Summary: The Business Manager is an operational leadership position at the clinic level responsible for the day to day function of all front office personnel and processes which include staff management, supervision, billing, payroll, customer service, staffing and purchasing.  This position reports to the Regional President but has a strong matrix reporting relationship to the CEO and the Lead Dentist at the clinic level.  The Business Manager must be able to work with the Lead Dentist in the coordination and flow of front office to clinical matters, patient and staff scheduling and clinic reporting. 

 

Qualifications:Minimum of  3+ years mgmt exp required Preferred candidates will have mgmt exp within the service industries (hotel, restaurant/fast food chains, retail, healthcare) College degree
