Medical Technologist (Lab Test Personnel V)

Qualifications : MT (ASCP or equivalent) certification, a Bachelor's degree in a chemical or biological science preferred OR a student in a recognized MT program that has completed their clinical rotation in the area of hire at the site and will receive MT (ASCP or equivalent) certification within 1 year from date of hire. OR specialty certification in department's area, a Bachelor's degree in a chemical or biological science preferred, OR one year prior on-site experience as Testing Level IV with exceptional skills, highly developed interpersonal skills, Level 3 performance assessment, and passing of on-site competency/criteria as defined by the department. Individuals with specialty certification may only work in the discipline of their specialty. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with those identified as Company core behaviors. Demonstrates excellent problems solving skills, and high level of self-motivation.
