Noland Health Services, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to identifying and meeting the health needs of the people and communities it serves by providing high quality health and educational services in a compassionate, efficient, and effective manner. The organization is a pioneer in establishing special services and programs to meet the needs of the elderly and other unique patient populations. Noland Health Services has locations throughout Alabama.

Responsible for maintaining and posting nursing staff schedules for the Specialty Care Assisted Living (SCALF) and Assisted Living Facility (ALF) units. Coordinates nursing and Resident Care Assistant staff replacements for scheduled and unscheduled absences. Responsible for assisting Director ALF/SCALF and Resident Care Coordinator with education and orientation of nursing and resident care staff.

Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and hold an active license in the State of Alabama. Must have, as a minimum, 1 year of experience as a charge nurse, supervising others in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility. Previous experience in nursing scheduling, and staff training/development preferred.
