Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LVN/LPT) -- TELECARE PLACER COUNTY PHF

Telecare Corporation and Placer County jointly operate a 16-bed Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) that provides psychiatric treatment services for adults who are in an acute phase of their psychiatric illness. The PHF is located within Placer County’s Mental Health Services building in Roseville.

As a LVN/LPT , you will provide safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications); provide documentation of response to treatment; communicate clinical changes to treatment team; engage residents in therapeutic interaction and resident education such as medication management. All shifts available.

To qualify, you must be a licensed LVN/LPT and have (1) year relevant experience as well as CPR certification. Most important, you should be caring & passionate and want to work in a multi cultural environment as an integral part of a multi disciplinary team.

In addition to the Roseville opportunities, we have openings in Vallejo, Fairfield, Modesto, Santa Rosa and Oakland.
