CA Certified Phlebotomist (Santa Cruz)

Certified Phlebotomists looking for outpatient experience in a fast paced environment apply here! Qualified candidates must be California state certified (CPT-1 or CPT-2). Minimum of two years of healthcare (preferably direct phlebotomy) experience including: blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique from patients of all age groups; urine drug screen collections; paternity collections; difficult draws. Comprehensive understanding of compliance and safety; ability to effectively communicate the importance of compliance and safety to others; "Courteous, Proactive, Responsive (CPR)" customer service; computer and data entry experience.

 

Position Available:

Monday-Friday, day shift. Overtime (determined on a day-by-day patient need basis) and rotating Saturdays may be required.
