Corinthian Colleges, Inc. a publicly traded corporation and one of the nation's leading providers of post-secondary training for adult learners with 130 campuses is currently seeking highly motivated, goal-oriented INSTRUCTORS for our Kee Business College - Chesapeake, VA campus.

We are looking for Part-time Medical Professionals to teach day and evening classes for the following programs:
MEDICAL ASSISTING
MEDICAL INSURANCE BILLING & CODING
MASSAGE THERAPY
DENTAL ASSISTING If you can perform the following duties, we are looking for you!!
Maintain a teaching assignment each module.
Plan course instruction based upon approved syllabus/outline provided, to assure that course content and objectives are met. Distribute a copy of the module calendar to all students at first class meeting.
Cover all material in depth and scope as described in syllabus.
Utilize a variety of teaching styles and methods to accommodate diverse learning styles of students
Design, administer and grade examinations to assess achievement of course objectives as identified in the syllabus.
Actively work to maintain retention in all classes taught, by maintaining accurate attendance records daily, calling all students who are absent, and recording absentee information in roster after each class meeting and communicating attendance “concerns” to the Program Chair or DOE.
Be available to advise students, tutor and provide other assistance as needed.

Qualified candidates should have:
2 years experience and certification in the field being taught.
Excellent organizational and communication skills essential.
Teaching experience preferred, but not required.
