Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:

¨  Answering phones

¨  Front Office computer scheduling

¨  Chart assembly, answering patient calls, checking in patients, keeping the office tidy

¨  Patient Education, explanation of treatment plans, taking payments, verifying insurance

¨  Insurance pre-authorization, benefit verification, billing/coding when needed

¨  Supply management and order placement

¨  Physician grade skin care patient consult & education

¨  Procedure room set up, Procedural Assistance, Patient prep/cleanup

¨  Sclerotherapy

¨  Laser vein treatments, Body/Facial (LYRAi and CUTERA systems)

¨  Laser hair removal, and laser Skin Rejuvenation
