Certified Nurses Assistants, Personal Care Providers and HCCPAs

We're seeking full/part-time Certified Nurses Assistants, Personal Care Providers and HCCPAs to deliver exceptional quality care to our clients. All positions report to the Nurse Supervisor. Prefer a minimum 2 years of experience in home healthcare and current relevant certifications including CPR. Provide paraprofessional services to our clients as assessed in the care plan.  Promote client quality of life and independence.

 

CNA Duties include but are not limited to:Bath/shower; oral hygiene; grooming; bathroom assistance. Transfers (ambulation) Dressing/undressing Planning and preparing nutritious meals Assist in feeding the client Light housekeeping; changing linens; making the bed; laundering client's clothes & linens. Measuring and recording vital signs (within Texas law) Meeting client's safety needs Perform range of motion exercises & other procedures as extensions of therapy Assist client in self-administration of medication Administer CPR or contact emergency services if needed Work occasional holiday shifts

 

PCP Duties include but are not limited to:Assists company clients with personal care needs and activities of daily living Must have completed an approved training program in home health or be an approved personal care provider Clearly communicate client’s condition and keep simple records Can move throughout work day to include sitting, standing, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and moving objects and clients Have ability to relate and work with various personality styles, the ill, children, the disabled and the elderly Reading, writing and communicating in English Bath/shower; oral hygiene; grooming; bathroom assistance. Transfers (ambulation) Dressing/undressing Planning and preparing nutritious meals Assist in feeding the client Light housekeeping; changing linens; making the bed; laundering client's clothes & linens Help client change position in bed Administer CPR or contact emergency services if needed Work occasional holiday shifts

 

HCCPAs Duties include but are not limited to:Take to lunch and other activities Accompany to doctor appointments Errands Light housekeeping
