Serving as the liaison between the applications development team and internal business personnel


Working on Encounters – a complex claims submissions process involving providers and the state government


Gathering and testing requirements from the State


Leading other Business Analysts in their efforts to develop and maintain new applications


Acting as the point-person for complex questions and escalated issues in our division


Designing and implementing strategies, and working to streamline our processes and workflows



Healthcare experience is needed, preferably involving Encounters. Business analysis experience is also required. A leadership background is preferred, as is experience facilitating meetings. JAD session experience is desired. Proficiency with MS Office applications is essential, and ideal candidates would have experience with SQL, Java, SDLC, UAT, UML and RUP. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
