Help The Company be a leader in the Health Services industry by acting as the Office Manager who supports company operations; maintains office services; provides historical reference; maintains office efficiency; designs and implements office policies; completes operational requirements; keeps management informed; maintains office staff;job results; maintains professional and technical knowledge; achieves financial objectives; contributes to team effort.

Expert at matching tasks to the right people. Assigns challenging work to complement and develop their skills.
Establishes organization-wide standards and best practices including developing policies, procedures, and workflows.
Capable of staffing, structuring, and maintaining a productive team of highly skilled employees.
Skilled at supervising work for a team of individuals with differing levels of skill to enable them to achieve performance and quality standards.
Experience informing clients, superiors, peers, and direct reports based on their information needs.
Proficient at analyzing causes of variances between actual and budgeted income and expenses, and recommending actions to perform in accordance with the budget.
Designs and manages processes to monitor progress and to maximize performance.
Extensive experience in process improvement/re-engineering. Familiar with process definition, process and yield improvement, cost reduction, and cycle-time analysis.
Maintains inventory and equipment to ensure smooth office operation.
Proficient at in-bound, pick, pack, ship, and inventory control.
AS or equivalent experience.
