Cypress Court at Sun City West has an immediate opening for an Executive Director.  This position would be responsible for the community's overall operations in accordance with its policies and procedures, mission, and philosophy.  Lead and motivate employees in providing quality care and services to residents and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, within budgetary guidelines.  Responsible for compliance with all local, state, federal and community policies, procedures and regulations.

 

Primary Responsibilities:Oversee the safety and well being of the residents in accordance wit the community's philosophy and standards of care.Represent the community to the public, family members, and visitors; develop positive relations with all customers.Establish and maintain an open-door policy and a high level of ongoing communication with residents and their families.Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction.Maintain a high level of occupancy.Assist in the development of the community's budget.Plan and develop the community's operating budget and operates community according to budgetary guidelines; accountable for community's achievement of all budgets.Regularly monitor community's performance; review and analyze weekly productivity reports and take remedial actions as necessary.Assist with the marketing of the community including developing relationships with local referral sources.Prepare weekly and monthly reports.Oversee the management of all community vendor contracts, leases and warrants according to community policies and procedures.
