Branch Director/Administrator Medical Staffing and Home Health Care Agency

Are you looking for the RIGHT opportunity to work in the exciting and growing field of supplemental nursing and home health care services?

We are NurseCore (formerly CareStaf), a national home health care and supplemental nursing agency that has been in the Phoenix area since 1991. We are seeking a professional and outgoing individual who can increase revenue and profit, manage and direct a licensed home health division, and lead and develop an internal operations team.

Primary responsibilities will include: managing all financials of the office (ARs and collections, APs, top-line revenue and profitability), conduct outside sales calls to local hospitals, clinics, discharge planners and insurance companies to develop new contracts and customers (minimum 25 sales calls per week), to promote and provide excellent care to current home health patients and facility customers, conduct community marketing events, and successfully lead an internal operations team. Other duties will include arranging and attending nursing recruiting events. Candidate must be able to multi-task in this position and be able to provide outstanding leadership to an internal operations team.

Experience required: General and/or Medical staffing management, Home Health Care Management, and/or strong management and sales experience within the healthcare industry. College degree preferred or minimum of 2 years of Branch Management Experience in a Home Health environment. Knowledge of both Arizona and Federal regulations a plus!
