Program Director

This position is for a Program Director who will have the responsibility to assist departments and agencies of the client in the implementation of significant technology projects. For project reporting purposes this person will be responsible to the Project Steering Committee.

This specific program director position is to direct the department's participation and to direct the implementation of a new billing and customer information application.  The program director will be responsible for directing the participation of all affected departments in this program including all efforts needed to insure the successful completion of the program and its transition.

The program director should have direct experience with the successful implementation of an Oracle enterprise level  billing program including participation in defining business processes and coordinating implementation across multiple business units or departments. Experience in a governmental environment and utility billing is highly desired. The program director should have experience with large-scale contract and vendor management and in the successful implementation of enterprise programs.
