PeopleSoft System Implementation Manager

Contractual Assignment 18 months, 40 hours per week.

 

Required Qualifications:
5 years experience managing a team related to enterprise implementations and/or releases.
3-5 years experience functioning as a Software Release Manager, with experience managing at least 2 enterprise size projects
3-5 years in depth knowledge and experience of PeopleSoft HCM 8.8, SP1 Tools 8.45 and oracle 9.204 platforms
3-5 years experience with PeopleSoft HR, Benefits and Ben Admin modules.
2-4 years experience with PeopleSoft vanilla product including; PeopleCode, PeopleTools, People Database, People Security, Application Engine, etc.
3-5 years experience utilizing and implementing industry recognized Project Management, Quality Assurance and Risk Management Methodologies
4+ years experience and in depth knowledge of HR and Benefit business processes (knowledge of Civil Service and Government a big plus)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·5+ years of progressively more responsible, full-time, satisfactory experience creating, adapting and rolling out project management, risk and QA methodologies and standards.

·Experience working on an enterprise wide project.

·Experience working within a matrix environment.
  Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills

 

Education:
Baccalaureate degree in Computer Science from an accredited college (Master’s degree preferred)
