Documentum/Java Developer

At least five years of real life experience with development of
J2EE and Java based applications.
* Documentum framework - WDK. At least two years real life
experience with development of WDK based applications (from scratch or
by customizing the Webtop).
* Must be able to communicate with clients at all levels and
provide complete system and project documentation
* Must be able to present project findings and status to large
groups

Knowledge of the following is necessary


  * Java
  * WDK
  * Documentum
  * Tomcat
  * VB
  * UNIX OS
  * Advanced JavaScript

Knowledge of the following is a plus

  * PVCS
  * JBoss Rules (DROOLS Rules Engine)
  * Oracle Application Server
  * Oracle JDeveloper
  * CAST Enlighten

The incumbent will work as a developer on a technology refresh project
under the guidance of the lead system architect (technical lead). The
project goal is to replace custom interface based on EDM 98 SmartSpace
with a web based user interface using Documentum WDK technology. The
incumbent should be able to work with WDK version 5.2.5  and Documentum
server 4.2.6. The custom Documentum system is integrated with other
Oracle-based systems. The incumbent will provide integration with
external systems through Oracle JDBC technology.
