We are looking for an Acquisition Security Specialist to support the security engineering efforts of the AF DCGS program.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Security certification and accreditation of DCGS systems at all of the AF DCGS sites.
· Analyze user requirements and ensure they are implementable into existing enterprise network.
· Ensure contractor and government configuration management programs are in place that recognize security.
· Plan, coordinate and conduct ST&E and C&A testing.
· Ensure Requests For Proposals (RFPs), contracts, and Statements of Work (SOWs) reflect the appropriate levels of computer security needed for a contractor to implement and validate DIA and DOD security requirements
· Assist in the coordination of IPT efforts supporting the development of user requirements, test strategies, etc.
· Assist in the planning, facilitation, coordination of agendas, action items, and technical/program issues related to management, technical and test reviews to include requirements and design reviews, audits, one-pass meetings, etc.
Requirements:
· Top Secret clearance is required with current investigation within past 5 years.
· System Acquisition Security, System Certification and Accreditation experience required.
· Strong technical background with experience in several of the following areas: secure networks, web technology (IIS and WebLogic), firewalls, routers, databases (Oracle & SQL Server 2000), and Microsoft Windows 2000 operating system.
· Knowledgeable of Joint, DOD, Agency (DIA, NSA, etc.) and Service (Air Force, etc.) security policies, memorandums, guidance, directives, regulations, manuals and the ability to apply this information.
· Capable of writing the documentation necessary to comply with DODI 5200.40, DITSCAP; DCID 6/3; and JDCSISSS; includes System Security Authorization Agreement, Security Concept of Operations, Threat and Vulnerability Assessment, Risk Assessment, Security Requirements (system, detailed, and derived), and C&A test plan and procedures.
· Experience in configuring systems and networks, validating and verifying integration of security into system, ensuring configuration management program is in place that recognizes security.
· Experience ensuring RFPs, contracts, and Statements of Work (SOWs) reflect the appropriate levels of computer security needed for a contractor to implement and validate DIA and DOD security requirements.
· Experience with enterprise Network Management
· Experience in software development
· Ability to work multiple project efforts, interface with multiple contractors, MITRE, Government, and US military personnel.
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) required.
Education Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field.
