*** ASSOCIATE POLICY EXAMINATION ANALYST ***

The Associate Policy Examination Analyst is an *** entry level position *** responsible for numerous tasks associated with the review of incoming workers' compensation policies.



The Associate Analyst is a training position. Incumbents can expect to be promoted within 12 to 24 months, depending on performance. We offer excellent job and salary advancement opportunities for individuals who demonstrate motivation to succeed.



In this position, you will:

- Reviews policy audit errors and analyze problems.

- Correspond with appropriate parties to explain our analysis.

- Evaluate information supplied by the insurance companies, the employer, the broker or our internal records. Analyze and process changes in status as required by the Experience Rating Plan.

- Correspond with insurance companies using both pre-formatted and free-form letters.

- Review replies and update records as appropriate. Pursue responses to unanswered correspondence.



Education and Experience

- Bachelor's Degree required.



Communication Skills

- Good language skills to communicate clearly on the telephone, with co-workers and through the use of general correspondence.
