Sales and Marketing Assistant

The Sales Assistant's primary duty is qualifying in depth all leads generated by all callers and the Marketing Director to insure that each Registered Rep has plenty of people per day to talk to-by phone and in person-who are interested and well qualified now.

 

Part of these contacts should be with new prospects.  This goal is accomplished by a combination of:

 

People RR is already working with but cannot contact in a timely manner;

 

People who call in whom Service department screens for sales interest;

 

People other callers find and passes to SA to qualify for money.

 

The SSA therefore sets RR appointments with the following:

 

 Leads from all sales assistants and callers.

 Clients with Funds Due

 Prospects with Funds Due

 Hot pops from any calling campaigns

 Referrals

 Attendees at any seminars

 Clients qualified through 90 day no contact

 Prospects through 90 day no contact

 Other blitz style calling campaigns assigned by RR

 Clients who have called in about service problems
