Researches and resolves customer and merchant disputes, which includes those received from regulatory agencies.  Initiates, researches and reports on fraud investigations.  Interfaces with customers and merchants via phone, which includes interaction with the CitiFinancial legal department and Sales Finance staff when necessary.  Percentage of time is dependent on primary job function.

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 months directly related work experience preferred but not required Ability to Calculate finance charges and make monetary adjustments to accounts Ability to negotiates resolution of disputes between customer and merchant Posses good organizational skill with the ability to effectively prioritize work Demonstrates strong and effective verbal, written and listening skills Works proactively as a part of a team Maintains professionalism with internal and external customers Lead by example, work proactively Ability to work independently and multitask Proficient with personal computer and other office equipment such as phone, copier and fax machine Ability to deal with difficult/irate customers, use computer and phone extensively and sit for long period of time
