Operations Clerk 2

Job Description: Prepares title/lien releases, including UCC terminations, FAA terminations, and Ship Mortgages for all states. Other duties include: processing CRR requests, (through ACS and Access database) and processing mail/fax requests. Keying accurate comments to the ACS system for each process completed. Processing all documentation by meeting the commitment to deliver timeframes. Must be able to work between the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, as well as possible additional hours and holidays as needed.


Minimum Qualifications: Ability to function in a fast paced production environment. Attention to detail and accuracy . Must meet hours requirements listed in the job description.


Preferred Skills: System knowledge of Shaw, ACS, RMS, Shaw/Hogan, Vintek, XPM, Outlook, Filetrack, Word and Excel.
