About the Opportunity Assist in planning, development, and implementation of Compliance framework within CNH Capital. This framework will include compliance with all applicable state and federal commercial and consumer regulatory requirements, licensing, document retention, customer information security, and compliance with internal policies and procedures. Additionally will assume a key leadership role in development and implementation of business continuity process within CNH Capital. Work to embed a strong compliance culture in the businesses. Will ensure results of all compliance activities are reported timely and accurately to management. May assist in ongoing Sarbanes-Oxley processes. Initially, emphasis will be North America operations; will evolve to include other global operations of CNH Capital.
Responsibilities
Key Activities:
Assist in the planning, development and implementation of Compliance framework across various businesses within CNH Capital.
Work to embed strong compliance culture throughout CNH Capital. Will require development and implementation of Compliance training program
Build strong working relationships with business management to establish business ownership of its compliance environment. Work with businesses to establish and maintain effective and efficient compliance controls, and strengthen as necessary.
Interpret and report Compliance monitoring results, make recommendations for changes to address weaknesses, and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
May assist in ongoing Sarbanes-Oxley processes.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or JD highly desirable; accounting, finance or business major preferred and/ or equivalent work experience.
· MBA a plus.
· Minimum 7-10 years experience in banking or commercial lending environment.
· Minimum 5+ years experience in Compliance management required.
· Thorough understanding of various consumer lending regulations including but not limited to: Patriot Act, TILA, FCRA, ECOA, FDCPA and GLB.
· Thorough understanding of various commercial lending regulations including but not limited to: FCRA, and ECOA.
· Ability to interpret various state statutes related to Finance Charges, Usury, and Late Fees.
· Familiarity with Money Laundering laws and currency reporting requirements.
· Knowledge of Customer Information Security procedures and requirements.
· Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley a plus.
· Demonstrated solid PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and VISIO (or related flow chart software). ACCESS or experience with similar database software would be a plus.
· Must possess strong presence, influencing, and interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to develop in-depth understanding of interrelationships between various functional business units.

· Project management skills including the ability to lead cross functional team projects.

· Some travel required, including international.
